Game #8 Results

WS unfortunately bids farewell to one of our most devoted fans this week. Dana Wise spent many weeks atop our leaderboard back in 2003-2004, but has since decided to respectfully withdraw from the game. We still love you, B, and will forever remember the three points you scored during the WS Revival.

While consulting our awesome scoring spreadsheet, it appears that we have given out the winning 3 points to the same person more than once. Therefore, I believe an additional new rule should be...3 points to anyone who is the ONLY person to answer the game correctly. Woot.

foods that have at least two vowels (leave it to the speech therapist in me to analyze the actual words...) ;-)

-Things that go well with whiskey.

-Ingredients to a terrible-tasting burrito that one would make when there is nothing left in the fridge and the roads to the supermarket are impassible... and there's nothing in the freezer... and no one will deliver.

-Food items that originated in the Orient before their western counterparts were developed

These food items distress me. They are all part of a rather healthy diet. A vegetarian one even. But there's no fruits or veggies, which is weird. They all are staples of Tai food. They are all funny food words used in some aspect of software(including titles and types of software, and software company names). They are all products or crops of California I believe. They are all on a million menus across the country, and involved in loads of themed diets. Actually, I think I'll stop researching. I thought, for a moment, that they are also part of a gluten-free diet, but the pasta fucked me, and I guess some cheeses are out too. I think I'm done.
