It is too bad I didn't have any of those speakers at my Commencement in 2001. Yeah thanks SU...we were supposed to have Robin Williams...that is what one of the commencement speaker committee members told me and who did we have...oh wait I can't seem to remember the name of the lame astronaut that graduated from SU in 1979...the year that most of us were born...that is all I remember...because the speech left such a huge impression on my freshly graduated mind. Who spoke at commencements to follow...let's see...Former Mayor Rudy Guiliani, Former President Clinton, Claire Huxtable from The Cosby Show's Phylicia Rashad, Jane Goodall and Billy Joel. Sing me a song you're the piano man freakin' Billy Joel...correct me if I am wrong sang at commencement.
